The biofilm integrated sewage treatment equipment developed by our company adopts aerobic wastewater biological treatment technology. It is a fixed-film process, which artificially strengthens the soil self-purification of sewage, and mainly removes dissolved and colloidal organic pollutants in wastewater. The bioreactors in typical biofilm process can be biofilter, biological rotary table, aerated biofilter or anaerobic biofilter. The first three are used for aerobic biological treatment, and the last one for anaerobic treatment. The earliest biofilm reactors are intermittent sand filter and contact filter (pool filled with fragments). Their operation is intermittent: filter-rest or fill-contact-drain-rest to form a working cycle. It is developed from sewage irrigation and based on soil self-purification.
Process flow: Balance tank (optional) → Mechanical grid → Anoxic tank/Anaerobic tank (optional) → Aeration matrix → Membrane bioreactor tank → Membrane separation component → Clean water tank; Supporting facilities: Chemical online cleaning system, control cabinet, fan.
