Typical chemical waste gas treatment process adopts the combined process of multi-stage wet washing + regenerative thermal oxidation (RTO)+ multi-stage wet washing to comprehensively and deeply treat chemical waste gas
The VOCs waste gas from the chemical workshop is first led to the first two-stage water washing tower by the front fan to remove the inorganic waste gas, inorganic salt and a small amount of water-soluble organic waste gas. Then, the water brought by the water washing tower is removed by the demister to avoid equipment corrosion and reduce the water entering the RTO vaporization to take away a large amount of heat in the furnace. In addition to VOCs, the waste gas also carries a small amount of acidic inorganic waste gas. At the same time after thermal oxidation of RTO, or with the generation of secondary pollutants such as hydrogen chloride and nitrogen oxides, water washing tower and alkali washing tower shall be added to further treat the tail gas discharged from RTO. In order to reduce the exhaust temperature of RTO and meet the connection of PP/FRP spray tower, a heat exchanger is set at the exhaust outlet of RTO for cooling.
