The pyrolysis technology of kitchen waste is a resource utilization technology that decomposes organic waste (such as kitchen waste, food residue, etc) into combustible gases, biochar, tar and other products through thermal chemical reactions under high temperature and oxygendeficient conditions. Unlike incineration, the pyrolysis process avoids the generation of harmful substances such as dioxins and has the characteristics of high environmental friendliness and high energy recovery rate.
Sorting and crushing: Kitchen waste is mechanically sorted to remove inorganic impurities (such as plastics, metals, etc), and then the organic materials are crushed to a particle size of ≤5mm by a crusher to improve pyrolysis efficiency. Dehydration and drying: Using mechanical pressing or lowtemperature drying technology to reduce the moisture content of garbage to below 20%, reducing pyrolysis energy consumption.
