This process adopts the principle of high-temperature pyrolysis. The rubber powder and tire blocks are transported to the main furnace. The coil electric heating principle is used to pyrolyze rubber powder and tire blocks into clean hydrocarbon fuel, carbon black and combustible gas. The temperature shall not exceed 360℃ in normal pyrolysis, and the pressure shall not be higher than 0.02MPa in the whole production process. Finally, realize reduction, harmless treatment and resource utilization of these industrial solid wastes. The advantage of electric-heating equipment is zero fluegas emission in production, truly realizing pollution-free and zero-emission production.
